BERSANO CARLO produces hot forged mechanical components, on the basis of customers’ blueprints. We have a great amount of experience and history working with parts and applications on agricultural machineries, earth moving machines, industrial vehicles and building.

The versatility of our production lines enables us to cover a wide range of products both in terms of quantity and weight. We are flexible around our customer requirements and can act swiftly to our clients demanding  situations. We can handle wide variety of projects – small batch as well as mass production from 1 kg. up to 100 kg.

Production includes gears, hubs, shafts, supports, spiders, forks, levers and pinions. BERSANO CARLO looks after every production stage, from design/engineering  of dies, to forging, tooling and assembling  multi-component units.
